Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Robert Gibbs

On Wednesday, November 21, the Richard Nixon Foundation  partnered with Chapman University’s Center for Freedom of Expression and Media Integrity to host former White House Press Secretaries Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Robert Gibbs at the Nixon Library.

Sanders was the White House Press Secretary under President Donald Trump from July 2017 through July 2019.  Robert Gibbs was the White House Press Secretary under President Barack Obama from January 2019 through February 2011.
The event included a lively discussion about the rapidly changing landscape of journalism, the impact of technology on news, and the challenges of their roles in the White House.
