United States Secretary of Veterans Affairs Robert Wilkie visited the Nixon Library on October 10, 2019 to deliver a special address on President Trump’s far-reaching impact on Veterans Affairs Administration, while looking back at President Nixon commitment to our Veterans and the lasting effects of his efforts.

“From my perspective, the effects of Richard Nixon’s policy decisions and elevation of the American veteran are felt to this day,” said Wilkie, “Richard Nixon did more for veterans than any president since Abraham Lincoln.”
