Justice Neil Gorsuch
At the Nixon Library
Associate Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch visited the Nixon Library on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 to discuss his new book A Republic, If you can Keep It.
Justice Gorsuch was greeted by a crowd of over 600. The event began with an introduction by Nixon Foundation President Hugh Hewitt and was moderated by Matthew Parlow, Dean of the Fowler School of Law at Chapman University.
Gorsuch offered behind-the-scenes perspectives on his Supreme Court nomination and ratification process, including his feelings of deja vu that were elicited by being in the Nixon Library’s White House East Room, an exact replica of the room in which his nomination was announced by President Trump.
